FAQ

How do I place an order? Simply browse our collection, select your items/sizes, click "Add to Cart," and proceed to checkout.  Enter your shipping/payment details and confirm your order.  You’ll receive an email confirmation instantly.
What payment methods do you accept? We accept:
Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
PayPal
Apple Pay/Google Pay
All payments are securely encrypted.
Can I modify or cancel my order? Modifications: Contact us at sales4@bellasports.cn within 1 hour of ordering.  We’ll try our best!

Cancellations: Request within 6 hours for unprocessed orders.  Once shipped, follow our Returns Policy.
When will my order ship? Orders ship within 7-15 business days (excludes weekends/holidays).
How do I track my order? A tracking link will be emailed once your order ships.
What if my package is delayed? International shipping faces occasional delays due to:

Customs inspections
Weather events
Local carrier disruptions

Contact us if your order exceeds the estimated delivery window!
Who pays import taxes/duties? Customers are responsible for all import fees.
Fees vary by country and are calculated at checkout for select destinations.
What if my order arrives damaged/wrong? Damaged items: Email photos to sales4@bellasports.cn within 7 days.
Incorrect items: Contact us immediately for a free return/replacement.
Can I return or exchange items? Yes!  See our full Returns & Exchanges Policy, but key points:

30-day return window (unworn, tags attached).
Exchanges subject to stock availability.
Exclusions: Sale items.
